Any project manager works with four elements: expenditure, schedule, time and producing a satisfactory result. A more challenging goal is to enchance business organization and resource distribution. Most projects utilize such elements as labour, money, and tools to achieve something of value and hit selected targets. To supervise projects effectively one have to handle a number of things. A few of them are listed below:

- Goal setting and assessing achievement.
