They are frequently being sold in the attractive fine packages. Having analyzed all the factors for and against the usage of such software, I arrive at conclusion that there are 5 reasons for the managers not to use personnel management software.

Reason 1: It requires some funds. Almost all obtainable employee management software is not freeware. Remember that the updates, support and maintenance also require some fee.
